We are located on the Gold Coast – just an hour south of Brisbane although we do have clients all around Australia and some overseas as well.

Sure, we can supply a sample product but there may be charges depending if it is an ‘Off the Shelf’ product or a custom product. There would also be a shipping charge as well. Contact us to find out more.

Basically, the more you buy, the cheaper it is. Due to the setup costs we do have a minimum quantity you can purchase. While our setup costs are included in the price you pay, these prices are kept as low as possible. Our MOQ’s (Minimum Order Quantity) do vary depending on the product ordered but you may have a choice like: 250, 500, 1000, 1500 while orders over 2000 you can contact us. You may also choose 750 if you prefer to order more than 500 by manually entering this figure in at the product page or the checkout.

At present, shipping is included to our Gold Coast warehouse. There may be additional charges to ship to your door but we hope to eliminate this in the future.

We can accept .jpg, .png and PDF’s. Remember that some items require a transparent background so .jpg will not do. In this case we would require a .png file or a PDF provided if has a transparent background AND all fonts have been created as outlines. Your graphic designer should know what to provide and how to create print ready PDF’s.

If we need to recreate your logo or file then additional charges do apply.

Most factories have a minimum quantity you can order as the setup on the machines or printing process takes time so it would be uneconomical to do smaller runs. You can, however, order some in between quantities by adjusting the number upon ordering.

As stated above, we offer among the best prices in Australia and can already guarantee to beat most prices, but if you find a cheaper price from a legitimate company in Australia with an ABN number and can provide us their formal proposal or invoice, then we will match their prices provided we are not losing money on the deal.

Well that depends entirely on which product you select. Rest assured we will endeavour to print as big as we physically can remembering that each product is different.

Yes you can, depending on the product. We can embroid and screen print in multiple colours plus digitally print in full colour.

Pad printing (also called tampography) is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. This is accomplished using an indirect offset (gravure) printing process that involves an image being transferred from the cliché via a silicone pad onto a substrate. Pad printing is used for printing on otherwise difficult to print on products in many industries including medical, automotive, apparel, and electronic objects, as well as appliances, sports equipment, toys and of course, promotional products.

Silk Printing (often called Screen printing) is a printing technique whereby a mesh or silk screen is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multi-coloured image or design.
