We provide you with a turnkey solution from artwork, decoration, supply &/or manufacturing to freight and delivery. The majority of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse and couriered to your door.
For our overseas product orders, these are sourced direct from the factories and we offer the best freight rates and have three methods of shipping:
Airfreight is obviously the fastest way to get your products to you but it can be costly depending on the weight. Allow approx. 8-10 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the various causes out of our control, some delays may occur.
Delivery by ship is the most cost-effective way to deliver your products but it does take time so you need to plan ahead. This can take 8 to 9 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery is to ground floor office &/or warehouse only.
If you have an important event or short lead-time then this is the best option for you.
EG: you have a trade show and would like to order 1,000 promo items we can Air Freight 100 or 200 items then ship shipping for the rest thus saving on your overall freight charges.
We want to share a quick breakdown of your delivery timeline:
Stage 1: International Freight (8–9 weeks): Covers production and transit to Australia. This starts once final artwork and delivery details are approved.
Stage 2: Customs & Final Delivery: Once the shipment lands and clears customs in Australia, local delivery to your door will typically only take a couple of days (depending on your specific location). However, if customs selects the shipment for individual inspection, clearance times will be extended. Please note that border security inspections and custom delays are standard regulatory procedures entirely beyond our control.
Advance Notification of Required Dates: Whilst we routinely ask if you have a specific event or “in-hand” date, we strongly advise notifying our team of any strict deadlines as far in advance as possible. Early notice allows us to make proper arrangements with our production schedules and freight providers.
Late Notice & Mid-Transit Deadlines: Notifying us of a deadline within the month of required delivery, or after an order has already been dispatched, will not alter or fast-track the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
Courier & Freight Disclaimer: Once an order is handed over to our third-party courier and freight partners, actual transit speeds and delivery schedules are beyond our direct control. We recommend allowing extra time when planning for time-sensitive events to account for potential transit delays.

*PLEASE NOTE: Times may vary depending on many factors like Christmas & Easter holidays, Public holidays, weather conditions, Industrial action or accidents etc. so consideration must be made to get your orders in early.
Likewise, the Spring or Lunar festival also see the overseas factories shutdown for approx. 2 weeks in late January/early February (timing can vary by weeks each year) so this must be taken into account also.
